I must admit I think I lost a bit of faith in the quality of techy types in the North after having interviewed so many poor candidates at my last-job at a web agency in Wigan. In retrospect I think it was purely down to the fact that nobody wanted to work for a 2-bit web company in Wigan and they struggled to attract good candidates for the money they were paying! There's definitely some really bright sparks involved with GeekUp, it's very positive to see and I find it quite encouraging! Seeya next time! Thanks John,
